Abstract of the Disclosure Compositions comprising poly(alkylene terephthalate), an inert particulate nucleating agent, an oligomeric polyester crystallization promoter, and a segmented thermoplastic copolyester-ether elastomer are disclosed as having improved crystallization behavior and surface appearance. Methods of increasing the crystallization rate of poly(alkylene terephthalate) are also disclosed. Improved surface appearance and crystallization characteristics of poly(alkylene terephthalate is obtained while maintaining the physical characteristics of such materials.
