ABSTRACT An improved poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene) composition comprises at least one poly(fluoroalkoxyphosphazene) polymer having a molecular weight between about 3 x 104 and 3 x 106 and at least one lower molecular weight polyphosphazene oil having a molecular weight up to about 4 x 103 and represented by the formula Image in which n represents an integer from 3 to 100 and RF and RF each represent a monovalent radical represented by the formula -(CH2)m(CF2)qCF2Z, in which m is an integer of from 1 to 10, and q is an integer from 1 to 20, and Z is selected from the group consisting of F ant H, the amount of said oil being between 2 and 50 parts by weight per hundred parts by weight of said polymer. The audition of the polyphosphazene oil is found to improve the processability, stress/strain properties and low-temperature flexability of the polymer.
