ABSTRACT The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition which comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin, compounded with: (B) 0.1-50 parts by weight of a polyalkylene terephthalate copolymer having a melt flow temperature of 210°C or below and (C) 0.1-50 parts by weight of a core-shell polymer having a core consisting of a rubbery polymer and a polymer shell consisting of a vinylic copolymer, and which exhibits an excellent surface dullness in the form of a molded product, an excellent printability and an excellent adhesive property while retaining the mechanical properties and moldability which a polyacetal originally has, and a molded product of said polyacetal resin composition.
