The invention concerns polyalkoxylated superamides of the following formulae: [R<1>-CONR<2>-CH2CHR<3>-O-(CHR<4>-CHR<5>O)m -(CH2CH2O)n]p (I); R<1>-CON-[CH2CHR<3>-O-(CHR<4>-CHR<5>O)m-(CH2CH2O)n-X]2, formulae wherein: R<1> represents a C7-C22 hydrocarbon radical; R<2>, R<3>, represent a hydrogen or a C1-C4 hydrocarbon radical; R<4>, R<5> represent a hydrogen or an alkyl radical comprising 1 to 2 carbon atoms, provided that one or more of said two radicals is a hydrogen; X represents a hydrogen, a C1-C6 hydrocarbon radical, a phosphate, carboxylate, sulphate, sulphonate group; m ranges between 0 and 20 exclusive; n ranges between 0 and 50 exclusive; p is equal to 1 or 2, depending on what X represents. The invention also concerns a method for obtaining said compounds and their use in particular as emulsifying agent for oils.
La présente invention a pour objet des superamides polyalcoxylées de formules suivantes: (I) [R1-CONR2--CH2CHR3-O-(CHR4-CHR5O)m-(CH2CH2O)n]p-X, (II) R1-CON-[CH2CHR3-O- (CHR4-CHR5O)m-(CH2CH2O)n-X]2, formules dans lesquelles R1 représente un radical hydrocarboné en C7-C22; R2, R3, représentent un hydrogène ou un radical alkyle comprenant 1 ou 2 atomes de carbone, à la condition que l'un au plus de ces deux radicaux soit un hydrogène, X représente un hydrogène, un radical hydrocarboné en C1-C6, un groupement phosphate, carboxylate, sulfate, sulfonate; m est compris entre 0 exclu et 20; n est compris entre 0 exclu et 50, p vaut 1 ou 2, selon la nature de X. L'invention a de même pour objet l'obtention de tels composés ainsi que leur utilisation notamment en tant qu'agent émulsifiant d'huiles.
