The invention relates to a composition comprising from 70 to 96% by weight of at least one polyamide selected from the group consisting of poly (undecanamide), polylauryllactam, aliphatic polyamides resulting from the condensation of an aliphatic diamine having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms and an aliphatic diacid having from 9 to 12 carbon atoms and 11/12 copolyamides having either more than 90% by weight of amino acid-1-undecanoic derivatives, more than 90% by weight of units derived from lauryl, 4-10% by weight of a plasticizer and 0 to 25% by weight of non-hydrogenated or hydrogenated elastomeric nitrile butadiene rubber, the sum of the amounts of plasticizer and elastomer is between 4 and 30% by weight. The composition of the invention is particularly useful for pipes used in the exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields. It is very resistant to aging. It is also useful for simpler pipes in cars, the composition being resistant to the aging caused by the temperature under the hood of cars and the nature of the transported fluids.
L'invention concerne une composition comprenant 70 à 96% en poids d'au moins un polyamide choisi dans le groupe constitué par le poly(undécanoamide), le polylauryllactame, les polyamides aliphatiques résultant de la condensation d'une diamine aliphatique ayant de 6 à 12 atomes de carbone et d'un diacide aliphatique ayant de 9 à 12 atomes de carbone et les copolyamides 11/12 ayant soit plus de 90% en poids de motifs dérivés de l'acide amino-1-undécanoïque, soit plus de 90% en poids de motifs dérivés du lauryllactame, 4 à 10% en poids d'un plastifiant, et 0 à 25% en poids d'un élastomère d'un caoutchouc nitrile butadiène non-hydrogéné ou hydrogéné, la somme des quantités de plastifiant et d'élastomère est comprise entre 4 et 30% en poids. La composition selon l'invention est particulièrement utile pour des tuyaux utilisés dans l'exploitation des champs de pétrole et de gaz off shore. Elle a une très bonne résistance au vieillissement. Elle est également utile pour des tuyaux plus simples dans l'automobile, la composition résistant au vieillissement provoqué par la température sous le capot des automobiles et la nature des fluides transportés.
