An improved polyamide resin composition for weldable moulded articles which comprises: (a) 99.9-30 % by weight of a polyamide-containing compound; (b) 0.1-20 % by weight of a plasticizing compound selected from the group consisting of esters of low molecular weight poly(ethylene glycol) having the formula (I): R-COO-(CH2CH2O)n-OC-R wherein R is a branched or straight chain alkyl group having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, and n is 2 to 20; or long chain alkyl polyester of formula (II): HOOC-R-CO-(O-R'-O-CO-R-CO)n-O- R'-OH wherein R is alkyl of 16 to 45 carbon atoms, R' is alkyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or, wherein R is an alkyl of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R' is an alkyl of 16 to 45 carbon atoms, and n is 2 to 50.
L'invention porte sur une composition améliorée de résine polyamide s'appliquant à des articles moulés et devant être soudés. Cette composition comprend: (a) entre 99,9 et 30 % en poids d'un composé contenant un polyamide; (b) entre 0,1 et 20 % en poids d'un composé plastifiant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des esters de poly(éthylèneglycol) de faible poids moléculaire ayant la formule R-COO-(CH2CH2O)n-OC-R dans laquelle R représente un groupe alkyle à chaîne droite ou ramifiée possédant de 1 à 40 atomes de carbone, et où n vaut 2 à 20; ou un polyester alkyle à longue chaîne de la formule HOOC-R-CO-(O-R'-O-CO-R-CO)n-O-R'-OH dans laquelle R représente alkyle comprenant de 16 à 45 atomes de carbone, R' représente alkyle comprenant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, ou dans laquelle R représente un alkyle comprenant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, R' représente un alkyle comprenant de 16 à 45 atomes de carbone et où n vaut de 2 à 50.
