The present invention relates to the field of vaccines, and in particular vaccines comprising antigens of low isoelectric point at pH 7.0, in particular the capsular polysaccharide or oligosaccharide of H. influenzae B (PRP). Immunogenic compositions and methods of making such compositions are presented in which the PRP is surprisingly protected from immune interference by adding a polyanionic polymer (such as PLG - poly-L-glutamic acid) to the composition.

La présente invention concerne le domaine des vaccins, en particulier des vaccins comprenant des antigènes présentant un bas point isoélectrique à un pH de 7,0, en particulier le polysaccharide ou oligosaccharide capsulaire de H. influenzae B (PRP). Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne des compositions immunogènes et des procédés de réalisation de telles compositions, compositions dans lesquelles le PRP est, de façon surprenante, protégé contre des interférences immunes grâce à l'addition, dans ces compositions, d'un polymère polyanionique (tel que l'acide PLG-poly-L-glutamique).
