It is intended to provide a liposome capable of transferring into a cell and transferring into a nucleus. To achieve this object, a liposome having a peptide containing plural consecutive arginine residues on its surface, more specifically speaking, the above liposome in which the peptide is modified with a hydrophobic group or a hydrophobic compound, the hydrophobic group or the hydrophobic compound is inserted into a lipid double layer and the peptide is exposed from the lipid double layer is provided.
