It provides a polyarylene sulfide resin composition which neither corrodes nor stains contamination of the metallic portions of a mold and the like during molding thereof, is improved in the prevention of corrosion of the metallic portion of a molded part assembled with a metallic material, and is excellent in mechanical properties of a molding thereof. 100 parts by weight of a polyarylene sulfide resin (A) is melt-kneaded together with 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a specific metallic compound (C) subjected to surface pretreatment with an alkoxysilane compound, O to 10 parts by weight of an alkoxysilane compound (C), and 5 to 500 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (D) to prepare a polyarylene sulfide resin composition.
