To provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which is freed from the troubles due to a poor bite into pellets in injection molding to thereby enable a prolonged stable molding thereof while retaining excellent mold release characteristics. A composition comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate and (b) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a sorbitan ester of a fatty acid having at least 12 carbon atoms.
