ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A polyblend comprising a thermoplastic poly- carbonate and at least one copolymer selected from methyl- methacrylate/N-phenylmaleimide and EPDM-g-methylmethacrylate/ N-phenylmaleimide is disclosed. In one embodiment, the polyblend will comprise an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and/or a rubber-modified styrene maleic anhydride copolymer. The polyblend is useful as a molding composition.
