POLYCARBONATE-BASED THERMOPLASTIC POLYMERS BLEND ABSTRACT This invention relates to thermoplastic polymer blends prepared by mixing together an aromatic polycarbonate, one or more polytere- phthalates derived from the condensation of terephthalic acid with a glycol of formula HO-(CH2)n-OH where n varies from 2 to 10, and olefin elastomers. The materials thus obtained have high impact strength even at low temperature, good solvent resistance, and a better processability than polycarbonate.
