A polycarbonate blend composition with a good balance of high impact resistance, moldability, and controllable gloss with reduced tendencies of pearlescence or delamination in molded articles is prepared by admixing with polycarbonate a substantially linear ethylene polymer, e.g. LLDPE, an olefinic epoxide-containing copolymer, like an ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, and a polyester.
Cette invention se rapporte à une composition de mélanges à base de polycarbonate présentant un bon équilibre des caractéristiques de résistance aux chocs, d'aptitude au moulage et d'ajustement du niveau de brillant, ainsi qu'une tendance réduite au délaminage et à la perlescence dans les articles moulés. On prépare une telle composition en mélangeant un polycarbonate et un polymère d'éthylène sensiblement linéaire, tel qu'un polyéthylène linéaire basse densité (LLDPE), un copolymère oléfinique contenant de l'époxyde, tel qu'un copolymère de méthacrylate de glycidyle et d'éthylène, et un polyester.
