A thermoplastic molding composition is disclosed containing (i) a graft rubber copolymer (ii) an aromatic vinyl copolymer (iii) polyethersulfone and (iv) polycarbonate resin. The invention resides in the findings that the impact strength of the composition depends on the content of the polyethersulfone and on the weight ratio between the polyethersulfone and graft rubber copolymer.
