ABSTRACT A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin (A) or a mixture (A') of a polycarbonate resin with a saturated polyester resin and/or a polyester elastomer, and a compound rubber type graft copolymer (B) having at least one vinyl monomer graft-polymerized onto a compound rubber composed of from 10 to 90% by weight of a polyorganosiloxane rubber and from 10 to 90% by weight of a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber in a total amount of 100% by weight in an inseparable interlocking fashion and having an average particle size of from 0.08 to 0.6 µm, or a mixture (B') of such a compound rubber type graft copolymer (B) with a vinyl monomer, wherein component (B) or (B') is in an amount such that the compound rubber is from 0.5 to 60% by weight based on the entire resin composition.
