The present invention relates to a group of polycationic amphiphilic cyclooligosaccharides, which, owing to the molecular structure thereof, can be used to transport molecules within cells. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to the use of said compounds in the preparation of a drug, to the use of this drug for gene therapy and to a pharmaceutical composition that comprises one of said compounds.
La présente invention concerne un groupe d'oligosaccharides cycliques amphiphiles polycationiques qui, du fait de leur structure moléculaire, peuvent être utilisés comme transporteurs de molécules à l'intérieur des cellules. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation desdits composés dans la préparation d'un médicament, l'utilisation de ce médicament pour la thérapie génique et une composition pharmaceutique qui comprend un desdits composés.
