The invention relates to a polymer composition comprising: (A) from 30 percent to 99.9 percent based on the total weight of the composition, of at least one ethylene interpolymer; the total ethylene interpolymer having a density of from 0.85 g/cm3 to less than 0.9 g/cm3, wherein the at least one ethylene interpolymer is selected from the group consisting of homogeneously branched linear ethylene/.alpha.-olefin interpolymer, homogeneously branched substantially linear ethylene/.alpha.-olefin interpolymer and ethylene/alpha-olefin/diene terpolymers, (B) at least one polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) having a viscosity at 25°C of greater than 100,000 centistokes (0.1 m2/second), wherein said PDMS is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10 weight percent based on total weight of the polymer composition; and (C) optionally, one or more of an additive and a plasticizer. The composition of the invention displays good abrasion resistance without sacrificing coefficient of friction.
