The invention concerns a composition comprising: a negatively molecule of interest; and a compound comprising a cationic part capable of interacting with said molecule, covalently bound to an active part derived from a macrolide polyene antibiotic. The invention also concerns the use of said composition for vectoring molecules of interest (particularly nucleic acids), and the cells modified by such a composition.
