ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Polyesterethers which have commercially acceptable mold release characteristics are disclosed. The polyesterethers of the concept are composed of terephthalic acid and a diol component which may be either a glycol comprised of 95 to 75 mole % 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 5-25 % ethylene glycol with 20-45 weight % based on the weight of the polyesterether of a poly (alkyle oxide) glycol having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms in the repearing units and having a molecular weight in the range of 400 to 2,000 or a glycol comprising 90 to 60 mole % 1,4-cyclohaxanedimethanol and 10-4 mole % trimethylene glycol with 10-50 based on the weight of the polyesterether of a poly (alkylene oxide) glycol having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms in the repeating unit and having molecular weight in the range of 400 to 2,000. The proferred poly (alkylene oxide) glycol is poly (tetramethylene oxide) glycol having a molecular weight in the range of 400 to 2,000.
