A fiber comprising a polyester having moisture-absorbing and releasing property which contains 1 to 20 wt.% of silica-based inorganic particles having moisture-absorbing and releasing property and has specific ranges of an average diameter, a specific surface area, a pore volume and a moisture absorbing parameter ( .DELTA.MR). The fiber exhibits excellent moisture- absorbing and releasing property and thus can be suitably used as a fiber having moisture-absorbing and releasing property for a synthetic fiber fabric being comfortable to wear.
L'invention concerne une fibre contenant un polyester à propriétés d'absorption d'humidité et de libération qui comprend 1 à 20 % en poids de particules inorganiques à base de silice à propriétés d'absorption et de libération et présente des plages spécifiques d'un diamètre moyen, une aire de surface spécifique, une porosité et un paramètre d'absorption d'humidité ( ?MR). Ladite fibre, qui présente d'excellentes propriétés d'absorption d'humidité et de libération, peut parfaitement être utilisée comme fibre à propriétés d'absorption d'humidité et de libération pour un tissu en fibres synthétiques, agréable à porter.
