ABSTRACT Polyester laminating compositions useful in the production of polyester laminates with improved interlaminar adhesion and a method of preparing same are described. The polyester laminating compositions include as adhesion promoters a polyvinyl acetate component or a polyvinyl acetate component in combination with at least one salt of a long chain polyamino- amide and a high molecular weight ester.
