The invention relates to polyester polyols having an average equivalent weight ranging from 200 to 4000, which are produced by reacting .alpha.,.omega.- dicarboxylic acids with 1,4-butanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, 1,3-propanediol or 1,5- pentanediol as well as with polyols having 3 to 6 hydroxyl groups. The inventive polyester polyols are used to produce PUR cast elastomers that have an improved resistance to hydrolysis.

L'invention concerne des polyols de polyester de poids équivalent moyen compris entre 200 et 4.000, obtenus par réaction d'acides .alpha.,.omega.-dicarboxyliques avec 1,4-butanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, 1,3-propanediol ou 1,5-pentanediol, ainsi qu'avec des polyols ayant entre 3 et 6 groupes hydroxyle. Ces polyols de polyester servent à produire des élastomères de moulage PUR à résistance renforcée à l'hydrolyse.
