Abstract of the Disclosure Polyester elements for reinforcing composite rubber articles contain a total of about 3 to 7% by dry weight, based on the weight of the element, of an adhesive composition consisting essentially of a first deposit of heat set polyallyl glycidyl ether and a second deposit of a heat set mixture of a major amount of rubbery vinyl pyridine copolymer and a minor amount of a heat reactable resinous composition. High H-adhesion values are exhibited by the elements.
