ABSTRACT A polyester resin composition includes a thermoplastic polyester base resin, between 1 to 40% by weight, based on the total composition weight, of a modified ethylene copolymer and between 0.01 to 10% by weight, based on the total composition weight of a bisoxazoline compound. The modified ethylene copolymer is the reaction product of (i) ethylene, (ii) an .alpha.-olefin or an unsaturated carboxylic ester having at lest 3 carbon atoms, and (iii) an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its derivative.
