PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne de nouveauxpolyesteramides et polyétheresteramides de formule: Image dans laquelle A représente une séquence polyamide; R3 et R4 représentent l'hydrogène, ou seulement l'un des deux représente l'hydrogène, l'autre étant un radical alcoyle contenant de 1 à 24 atomes de carbone, et de préférence n'en contenant qu'un; R1 est un radical alcoyle linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé contenant de 1 à 24 atomes de carbone ou un radical aromatique ou cycloaliphatique; y + z est compris entre 2 et 100 sachant que y et z sont au moins égaux à 1; et n représente une répétition d'un nombre d'unités récurrentes constituant la chaîne macromoléculaire. Ces produits sont obtenus par polycondensation d'un polyamide dicarboxylique avec un .alpha.,.omega. diol qui est une amine tertiaire .beta. hydroxylée ou un polyoxyalkylèneglycol contenant une fonction amine tertiaire dans la chaîne.
