Polyesters and polyester containers having a reduced coefficient of friction and improved clarity are produced using an antiblock agent comprising a dried talc having from about 20 to about 300 ppm water or a fatty acid tethered talc. The use of these talcs result in polyesters and polyester containers having a coefficient of less than about 1.0 and a clarity with haze values of less than about 4 %.
L'invention concerne des polyesters et des récipients en polyester possédant un coefficient réduit de friction et une transparence améliorée. Ces polyesters et ces récipients sont produits à partir d'un agent anti-adhérent constitué de talc sec ayant entre environ 20 et 300 ppm d'eau ou un talc lié à un acide gras. L'utilisation de ces talcs permettent d'obtenir des polyesters et des récipients en polyester possédant un coefficient inférieur à environ 1 et une transparence avec des valeurs de trouble de moins de 4 % environ.
