ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A polyetherimide resin composition superior in impact resistance, heat resistance, mechanical strength, moldability, flow properties, etc., which comprises a polyetherimide resin (A) and a polyorgano- siloxane-based graft copolymer (B) produced by graft polymerizing one or more vinyl monomers onto a poly- organosiloxane rubber which exhibits a degree of swelling of 3 to 30 as measured in toluene and contains a graft-linking agent copolymerized.
