The invention relates in polyethylene composition containing 88-99 weight % of component A having a bimodal weight distribution and component B having a unimodal molecular weight distribution. Component B is a linear ethylene polymer having a molecular weight between 150,000-600,000, the molecular weight distribution between 3.5-9.5, a melt flow index MFR21 between 0.5-10 and having a density regulated within the range of 910-960 kg/m3. The amount of component B from the end product is between 1-15 weight %.

Cette invention se rapporte à une composition de polyéthylène contenant 88 à 99 % en poids d'un constituant A, ayant une répartition de poids bimodale, et un constituant B ayant une répartition de poids moléculaire unimodale. Le constituant B est un polymère d'éthylène linéaire ayant un poids moléculaire compris entre 150 000 et 600 000, une répartition du poids moléculaire comprise entre 3,5 et 9,5, un indice de fusion MFR21 compris entre 0,5 et 10 et une densité régulée de façon à être contenue entre 910 et 960 kg/m<3>. La quantité du constituant B dans le produit final est comprise entre 1 et 15 % en poids.
