ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Molding compositions comprising a mixture of polyethylene, polystyrene-polybutadiene-polystyrene block copolymer and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. The molding compositions exhibit good weldability, are resistant to high shear stresses and have good low temperature resistance. They may be used for the manufacture of shaped articles and in- jection moldings.
