The present invention provides a tough polymer blend comprising a blend of polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate; a polycarbonate and a blend of a brittle polymer such as a copolymer of styrene and methyl methacrylate a ductile polymer such as a block copolymer of styrene and butadiene and a rubbery copolymer such as a copolymer of styrene and butadiene.
