A polymer composition which is superior in process- ability, exhibits an extremely superior electroconductive characteristic when doped using an electron acceptor, and which comprises. (A) a copolymer represented by the following general formula (I): Image (I) wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, furyl, pyridyl, nitrophenyl, chlorophenyl, or methoxyphenyl, n and x are each an integer not smaller than 2; and (B) one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of: polypyrrole compounds represented by the following general formula (II): Image (II) wherein R3, R4 and R5 are each a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and p is an integer not smaller than 2; polythiophene compounds represented by the following general formula (III); Image (III) wherein R6 and R7 are each a hydrogen atom or a hydro- carbon residue having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and q is an integer not smaller than 2, and polyaniline compounds represented by the following general formula (IV): Image (IV) wherein R8, R9, R10 and R11 are each a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and r is an integer not smaller than 2.
