Disclosed is a method for producing a polymer electrolyte membrane, which enables to easily obtain a polymer electrolyte membrane having excellent ion conductivity in the thickness direction. A preferable example of the method for producing a polymer electrolyte membrane is a method for producing a polymer electrolyte membrane having a micro phase separation structure, and the method comprises an evaporation step for evaporating a solvent from a solution containing a polymer electrolyte having an ion conducting group. In the evaporation step, time from the start to the completion of the evaporation of the solvent is limited to 60 minutes or less.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une membrane électrolyte polymère, qui permet d'obtenir facilement une membrane électrolyte polymère ayant une excellente conductivité ionique dans la direction de l'épaisseur. Un exemple préférable du procédé de production d'une membrane électrolyte polymère est un procédé de production d'une membrane électrolyte polymère ayant une structure de séparation à microphase, et le procédé comprend une étape d'évaporation pour évaporer un solvant à partir d'une solution contenant un électrolyte polymère ayant un groupe conducteur d'ion. Dans l'étape d'évaporation, la durée du début à la fin de l'évaporation du solvant est limitée à 60 minutes ou moins.
