Disclosed is a method for producing a laminate wherein an ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane, in which the difference between the contact angle with water of one side and that of the other side is not more than 30~, is arranged on a supporting base in such a manner that one of the sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane is joined with the supporting base. This method for producing a laminate is characterized by comprising a step for preparing a polymer electrolyte solution by dissolving a polymer electrolyte into a solvent, which polymer electrolyte contains an ion conductive polymer having an aromatic group in the main chain and/or a side chain and an ion-exchange group directly bonded or indirectly bonded through another atom or atomic group to the aromatic group; and another step for forming a polymer electrolyte film on a supporting base by flow-casting and applying the polymer electrolyte solution over the supporting base.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un laminé dans lequel une membrane électrolyte polymère conductrice d'ions, dans laquelle la différence entre l'angle de contact avec l'eau d'un côté et celui-ci de l'autre côté n'est pas plus de 30°, est agencée sur une base de support de manière telle que l'un des côtés de la membrane électrolyte polymère est joint à la base de support. Ce procédé de production d'un laminé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une étape consistant à préparer une solution électrolyte polymère par dissolution d'un électrolyte polymère dans un solvant, lequel électrolyte polymère contient un polymère conducteur d'ions ayant un groupe aromatique dans la chaîne principale et/ou une chaîne latérale et un groupe d'échange d'ions directement lié ou indirectement lié par l'intermédiaire d'un autre atome ou groupe atomique ou groupe aromatique ; et une autre étape de formation d'un film électrolyte polymère sur une base de support par coulage continu et application de la solution d'électrolyte polymère sur la base de support.
