In an exemplary embodiment, the present method includes the steps of providing a polymer resin to be processed; blending particulate boron nitride (BN) and a fluorine-containing polymer with said polymer resin to provide a resin blend; heating said resin blend to obtain a desired flowability value; and processing said resin blend into a desired shape.
