The coating includes a polymer having the formula -[R(R1x) (R2y) ] n- , wherein: R is selected from C-C, aryl, or -C (R3p) (R4q) -aryl-C(R5r) (R6s) -; R1 and R2 may be the same or different; R3, R4, R5, and R6 are independently selected from halogen atoms and hydrogen atoms; and n is an integer ranging from 10 to 10,000.
