A compound comprising at least one alkoxy silane moiety; and at least one moiety selected from a nitrosobenzene or a nitrosobenzene precursor and combinations thereof are provided and usedin polymer to metal, in particular rubber to metal bonding. The nitrosobenzene precursor may be at least one of a quinone dioxime or a quinone oxime. The invention also provides for a compound comprising at least one alkoxy silane moiety; and at least one moiety selected from an aromatic nitroso or an aromatic nitroso precursor and combinations thereof.

La présente invention concerne un composé comprenant au moins un fragment alcoxysilane; et au moins un fragment choisi parmi un nitrosobenzène ou un précurseur de nitrosobenzène et des combinaisons de ceux-ci utilisés dans la fixation polymère-métal, en particulier la fixation caoutchouc-métal. Le précurseur de nitrosobenzène peut être au moins lun dun dioxime de quinone ou dun oxime de quinone. Linvention concerne en outre un composé comprenant au moins un fragment alcoxysilane; et au moins un fragment choisi parmi un nitroso aromatique ou un précurseur de nitroso aromatique et des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
