A dosage form comprises: (a) at least one active ingredient; (b) a core having an outer surface; and (c) a shell which resides upon at least a portion of the core outer surface, wherein at least a portion of the shell may be semipermeable, such that the liquid medium diffuses through the semipermeable shell or shell portion to the core due to osmosis. The shell also provides for delivery of the active ingredient to a liquid medium outside the shell after contacting of the dosage form with the liquid medium. At least a portion of the shell may be comprised of a polymeric composition containing film former, gelling agents, which can be dissolved in a multisolvent system comprised of water and an organic solvent.

L~invention concerne une forme posologique qui comprend : a) au moins un ingrédient actif ; b) un noyau présentant une surface extérieure ; et c) une enveloppe disposée sur au moins une partie de la surface extérieure du noyau. Au moins une partie de l~enveloppe peut être semi-perméable de sorte que le milieu liquide diffuse au travers de l~enveloppe ou de la partie de l~enveloppe semi-perméable vers le noyau par osmose. L~enveloppe permet également la diffusion de l~ingrédient actif vers un milieu liquide situé à l~extérieur de l~enveloppe, après contact de la forme posologique avec le milieu liquide. Au moins une partie de l~enveloppe peut être constituée d~une composition polymérique contenant une substance filmogène, des gélifiants, qui peut être dissoute dans un système à plusieurs solvants constitué d~eau et d~unsolvant organique.
