The present invention relates to a portable device for the detection of analytes, in particular toxic substances, com-prising at least a whole-cell biosensor with cells immobilized onto a transparent and inert matrix that allows the maintenance of cell vitality. The matrix comprises a mixture of collagen and/or its enzyme degradation derivatives, a proteoglycan and a mixture of vinyl polymer and an optionally modified polysiloxane, and an orthosilicate. The biosensor can be a genetically modified cell that expresses luciferase as reporter gene.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif portable pour la détection d'analytes, notamment de substances toxiques, qui comprend au moins un biocapteur à cellules complètes, contenant des cellules immobilisées sur une matrice transparente et inerte qui permet le maintien de la vitalité cellulaire. La matrice comprend un mélange de collagène et/ou ses dérivés de dégradation enzymatique, un protéoglycane et un mélange d'un polymère vinylique et d'un polysiloxane éventuellement modifié, et un orthosilicate. Le biocapteur peut être une cellule génétiquement modifiée qui exprime la luciférase en tant que gène rapporteur.
