ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Polymeric materials comprising a terpolymer on which alkenyl-aromatic, vinyl, acrylic, halogens containing derivatives thereof or mixture thereof are grafted in the amount of from 0.1 to 10 % by weight, characterized in that they are obtained starting from a terpolymer containing systems of conjugated double bonds. Such polymeric materials are very useful for the preparation of high shock-resistant compositions. The properties thereof are unchanged after a quickened ageing.
