POLYMERIC PLASTICIZERS AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a polymeric plasticizer and a process for plasticizing material therewith; said polymeric material comprises a reaction product of a diacid with a highly hindered diol and another diol in a stoichiometric excess of the acid over the diol, followed by reacting the resulting product containing an acid end group with an alcohol, followed by removing residual alcohol to obtain a final product having a hydroxyl value of less than 20.
