L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de polymères, d'homopolymères et de copolymères séquencés d'une polydispersité étroite de formule (I). Ce procédé consiste à mettre en contact un ou des monomères vinyliques, un ou des composés à terminaison vinylique et des radicaux libres sélectionnés. On gère efficacement la production de ce polymère par régulation du rapport molaire des monomères vinyliques, des composés à terminaison vinylique et des radicaux libres, l'un par rapport à l'autre. L'invention concerne également des polymères ainsi produits.
