The present invention provides polymers incorporating peptides. The polymers comprise polymerised units of (1) CH2=CR4,-CO-X-R1 and (2) CH2=CR3-CO-R2, and optionally one or more other monomers, in which R1 is a peptide. Each R1 may be the same, or is preferrably different. In another embodiment the present invention provides polymers formed from CH2=CR4-CO-X-R1 and optionally one or more other monomers in which X is a spacer having a length equivalent to 1 to 30 single C-C bonds and R1 is a peptide, each R1 being the same or different The invention further relates to methods producing the polymers and methods of inducing an immune response using the polmers.
Cette invention porte sur des peptides comportant des polymères, notamment des unités polymérisées de 1) CH2=CR4-CO-X-R1 et 2) CH2=CR3-CO-R2 et, facultativement, d'un ou de plusieurs autres monomères, dans lesquels R1 est un peptide. Les divers groupes R1 peuvent être identiques ou, de préférence, différents. Une variante de la présente invention porte sur des polymères formés à partir de CH2=CR4-CO-X-R1 et facultativement, d'un ou plusieurs autres monomères dans lesquels X représente un groupe d'une longueur équivalent à 1-30 liens simples C-C et R1 est un peptide, où les divers groupes R1 sont identiques ou différents. Cette invention porte en outre sur des méthodes utilisées pour la production de polymères et sur des méthodes d'induction d'une réponse immunitaire à l'aide de ces polymères.
