PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne de nouveaux polymères thermostables comportant des groupements imides. Plus précisément, ces polymères sont obtenus par réaction, à une température allant de 50°C et 300°C, entre: (a) un N,N'-bis-imide maléique, (b) un réactif acrylate consistant notamment dans un (méth)acrylate d'époxy novolaque, (c) un composé imidazole, et éventuellement (d) une résine époxy chlorée ou bromée, cette dernière étant prise seule ou en mélange avec une résine époxy non chlorée ou non bromée. Ces polymères sont utilisés avantageusement pour la réalisation de stratifiés.
