PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne de nouveaux polymères thermostables comportant des groupements imides. Plus précisément, ces polymères sont obtenus par réaction, à une température allant de 50°C à 300°C, entre: (a) un ou plusieurs N,N'-bis-imides maléiques, (b) un ou plusieurs diesters acryliques de composés aromatiques dihydroxylés, éventuellement di(poly-oxyéthylés), et (c) un composé imidazole. Ces polymères sont utilisés pour la réalisation d'objets moulés, de stratifiés et d'articles à structure cellulaire.
