Compositions for stabilizing polynucleic acids and increasing the ability of polynucleic acids to cross cell membranes and act in the interior of a cell. In one aspect, the invention provides a polynucleotide complex between a polynucleotide and certain polyether block copolymers. The polynucleotide complex can further include a polycationic polymer, as well as suitable targeting molecules and surfactants. The invention also provides a polynucleotide complex between a polynucleotide and a block copolymer comprising a polyether block and a polycation block.
L'invention concerne des compositions visant à stabiliser des acides polynucléiques et à accroître leur capacité à traverser les membranes des cellules pour agir à l'intérieur de celles-ci. Selon un aspect de l'invention, on obtient un complexe polynucléotidique à partir d'un polynucléotide et de certains copolymères séquencés de polyéther. Ce complexe polynucléotidique peut également renfermer un polymère polycationique, ainsi que des molécules cibles et des tensioactifs appropriés. L'invention concerne enfin un complexe polynucléotidique constitué à partir d'un polynucléotide et d'un copolymère séquencé comprenant une séquence polyéther et une séquence polycation.
