ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a polyolefin resin composition which com- prises a polyolefin resin composition which comprises 45 to 80 by weight of a polyolefin resin, 3 to 45% by weight of a mus- covite having an aspect ratio of 5 to 50 and a weight-average particle diameter of 150 µm or less; and 1 to 50% by weight of titanium oxide; the weight ratio of said muscovite and said tita- nium oxide being from 0.1 to 5.0 as well as another polyolefin resin composition which comprises further 0.5 to 40 parts by weight of a talc per 100 parts by weight of the resin composition defined above. The polyolefin resin composition according to the present invention has excellent light-shielding properties, small specific gravity which is contributable to lightening a weight, and is excellent in a shock resistance, a stiffness balance and a moldability at the time of the manufacture of parts such as elec- tric parts and automobile parts.
