The invention relates to polyorganosiloxane compositions containing structurally different amino polysiloxane and/or ammonium polysiloxane compounds a1) and a2), methods for the production thereof, the use thereof for the hydrophilizing or softening treatment of substrates, especially fiber-type substrates, and products comprising the same, particularly paper products such as mats, paper pulps, paper cloth, paper supports, or paper layers.
