ABSTRACT A polypeptide-antibody conjugate is disclosed that contains an integrin-binding polypeptide operatively attached to an antibody molecule that immunoreacts with adhesitory cell surface antigens. Therapeutic compositions and methods using those compositions are also disclosed whereby the polypeptide-antibody conjugate can be used to inhibit cell adhesion and cell adhesion-dependent processes such as tumor growth and platelet aggregation.
