[Problems] To provide an antibacterial agent, particularly a novel polypeptide compound having an antifungal action. [Means for Solution] As a result of an extensive study on a novel antifungal agent, the inventors have found that an excellent anti-deep-fungal activity is exhibited by introducing a cyclohexylmethylamino group or a piperidylmethylamino group as a partial structure of a natural polypeptide compound, and completed the present invetion. The compound of the present invetion has an excellent antibacterial activity and is therefore useful as an agent for preventing or treating various fungal infections. [Selected Figure] None
La présente invention concerne un agent antimicrobien et, en particulier, un composé polypeptidique inédit possédant une activité antifongique. On a procédé à une étude approfondie portant sur un agent antifongique inédit et l'on s'est aperçu qu'une remarquable activité antifongique profonde peut être obtenue grâce à l'introduction, à titre de structure secondaire, d'un groupe cyclohexylméthylamino ou d'un groupe pipéridylméthylamino dans un composé polypeptidique naturel. Ce composé possède une remarquable activité antimicrobienne et se révèle donc utile en tant qu'agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique dans la lutte contre diverses infections fongiques.
