The invention relates to polypeptides of a murine .alpha./.beta. T-cell receptor mediating a p53 protein-specific T-cell response or functional variants or parts thereof or nucleic acids coding therefor, functional variants or parts thereof. Said polypeptides enable p53 protein-expressing cells to be recognized by T-cells provided with these genes, cytokines can be released, and T-cell induced lysis and/or apoptosis of tumor or leukemia cells can be performed.

L'invention concerne des polypeptides d'un récepteur de lymphocyte T .alpha./.beta. murin transmettant une réponse lymphocyte T spécifique à la protéine p53 ou des variantes fonctionnelles ou des parties de ces derniers ou les acides nucléiques codants correspondants, des variantes fonctionnelles ou des parties. Grâce à ces polypeptides, les cellules exprimant la protéine p53 sont reconnues par les lymphocytes T dotés de ces gènes ; des cytokines sont libérées et une lyse induite par les lymphocytes T et/ou une apoptose de cellules tumorales ou leucémiques.
